The Chef

Claudio Ruffino
I grew up in northern Italy.
My father, heir to a considerable fortune,
never worked and used to said that his job was to enjoy life.
For him, enjoying life meant eating and drinking
the best products in the most beautiful places in the world.
My mother used to make real gourmet food, from bread to fresh pasta,
from cakes and cookies to ethnic dishes, stating that to obtain these flavors,
technique and good ingredients
had to be seasoned with love.
I've always tried to make a career out of doing what I love and I really enjoy my life
One fateful day in 2002 I decided to change my life and start working with what I was passionate about: cooking and travelling. France, Belgium, Spain I started from the bottom: dishwasher, commis, chef de partie, sub-Chef, Chef. Since then, I learn something every day and I will never stop.
Living in different countries,
I have been lucky enough
to meet many masters and to open myself
to many points of view.
I have had my own restaurant and I have worked in almost a hundred places.
So many joys, so many challenges,
so many satisfactions, so many sacrifices, so many lessons.
To merge my love of freedom
and travel with a profession,
Since 2020 I have been working as a Private Chef in the most exclusive
villa, castle, yacht ,
however I'm adaptable to any environment and l' m happy to work in less fancy places.
In fact, without the costs of a restaurant, I've been able to offer my services
to a wider audience,
making the gastronomic experience
more inclusive
because it's tailor-made
even in terms of budget.
Now I serve customers all over the world!
I reach my clients by allowing them to live the experience when and where they want.
I really enjoy the reactions of the guests and it's really stimulating to answer the curiosity of those
